Refund and Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the website at the time of purchase, Oxbaver reserves the right to add applicable shipping and handling fees to your order. Delivery times provided are estimates only and may be subject to change. Oxbaver is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. Once your order has been handed over to a shipping service, any issues related to delivery will be your responsibility. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing the order. Address changes must be submitted at least three (3) days prior to the next scheduled shipment.
If you are not satisfied with your Oxbaver skincare product, please contact us at support@oxbraver.com. Depending on your situation, we may offer a product replacement or a partial/full refund at our sole discretion. Before issuing a refund or replacement, we may ask you to return the product at your own expense and/or provide photo evidence to help us better understand the issue. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
Please inspect all products carefully upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at www.oxbraver.com, and we will assist in replacing the damaged items.
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be limited to the purchase price of the product for that month. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped at your own cost. Return shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your skincare. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return your most recent product within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling). This guarantee applies to one opened or unopened item per customer. Please email support@oxbraver.com with the subject line “Return Request”, include your order number and reason for return, and follow the return instructions provided.
